Welcome to our video on how to gamify self-defense training for women and kids! In this chapter, you'll meet Ava, a new student who has just started her journey in self-defense. Ava is practicing a beginner's Pressure Testing Game. This game helps her build confidence and learn important skills in a fun way. She has been training with Grand Master Greg Fraser at Jing Shen Kuoshu for only five classes.
Grand Master Greg Fraser believes that learning should be enjoyable and effective. The Pressure Testing Game is designed to challenge students while keeping them engaged. By turning practice into a game, students like Ava can improve their techniques quickly. Watch as Ava demonstrates what she has learned so far, and see how you or your kids can benefit from the same training approach. Join us at Jing Shen Kuoshu and start your own exciting self-defense journey today!

@@gert4577 just because you think you’re a keyboard warrior doesn’t mean that you know how to fight. Because you may have trained a little MMA doesn’t mean you know how to do weapons training. Practice and learn and realize this is just one technique. I don’t like when idiots who have no experience talk junk. You have no understanding of the footwork involved the movement or probably anything to do with Weapons training. I’ve fought full contact with the Dog brothers and have experienced many street fights in which I’ve had a crowbar, baseball bat all kinds of stuff swung at me. try learning and practicing more than just punches and kicks brother you might get a little better and a little more respectful. Other than that thanks for watching and commenting.

@@gert4577 actually. I will get an MMA coach and strength coach who fought for years in MMA, Muay Thai, boxing and give him a bat to pressure test so people can see. It’s just upsetting to have somebody talk. Smack when they likely don’t really train or compete or fight, do security or work in bouncing. @@Moxy_Cult obviously this is just a demo of the technique. I’ve actually had to use this technique when some guy tried attacking me with a crowbar. Even when we pressure test these, if you understand the technique and have trained sufficiently, they are very easy and practical. If one of the moves don’t work there are options to transition too. I’ll see about doing a pressure test with this same guy.

@@gopherwd8607 So I’m assuming you didn’t choose to watch the full video. There you would have seen that these techniques are meant for use by security professionals, bouncers, other protective services and first responders. This is not street fighting or sport fighting. It’s used to remove someone who may be drunk, or disruptive who doesn’t want to get up and leave when asked. Also in any security type scenario where an individual needs to be escorted out of an area, likely unwillingly, there will be more than one persons assisting. If you are old enough to have gone to clubs, bars or concert events this will make more sense. This is for bouncers. Thank you for commenting. It's very hard to explain how a person with high level control feels like when your trying to grab them. Their is so much that's hard to explain without feeling it. In small circle jujitsu prof. It’s actually easy to apply if you don’t understand the context. This is for bouncers and security personnel who often deal with drunk or disruptive customers. There won’t just be one person and if they know these techniques they are likely prepared for you to try to fight back. It’s not a sparring or street fighting application. If this was a real scenario, he’d be locked up and in motion before he knew it and there would be several other staff members there to assist.
